Dream Theory is a disability-led organisation supporting d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent artists to develop, create and share ambitious new work and creative ideas. 

Founded by disabled theatre-maker Emma-June Curik, Dream Theory brings together more than 15 years of experience across arts and cultural organisations, independent practice, producing and access.

what we do

We provide producing and creative support, access consultancy and training for artists, arts organisations and creative projects.

We also develop and deliver disability-led programs that respond to gaps in the sector — creating new pathways, testing different ways of working and supporting artists to develop ambitious work on their own terms.

From one-off support to longer-term creative development, our work is practical, collaborative and shaped around the people and projects we work with.
